Rules & Regulations
1. Each participant may submit a maximum of 2 high resolution works.
2. All photos submitted for the competition should have a resolution of 300dpi, sent in .jpg or .jpeg format for the 1st round.
3. File size should be no larger than 5MB.
4. Photographs must be completely original and not been posted on any online platforms or social media prior to the first round.
5. All works must feature BJD(s) as a subject. Props may be used. You may photograph dolls that do not belong to you (subjected to approval from owners).
6. Only minor burning, dodging, colour corrections and/or cropping using photo-enhancing programmes such as photoshop is allowed.
7. High dynamic range images (HDR) and stitched panaromas are not acceptable.
8. Resin BJDs / Dollfie dream doll(s) must be featured in the photographs. Other types of dolls (e.g. Pullips, Pureneemos, Blythes, etc) may be used as an accompanying feature.
9. Participants have to be present on the actual day of the event so as to submit the hardcopy of the photograph.*
*Revision clause: Participants may send a representative in his/her stead as the main purpose is to submit the hardcopy of the photograph for mounting during the event day.

1. The judging panel reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not relate to the theme, do not comply with the rules and regulations or is unsuitable for mass - viewing.
2. Upon submission of entries, participants consent to have their photographs used for marketing and promotional purposes.
3. Upon participation, participants agree to comply to the rules and regulations and terms and conditions as stated above.
